Waiting area Marina Kil / Euro Parcs:
- After the boat inspection the teams meet up at the end of the marina. (Area Rescue building, KNRM)
- Organization gives the sign to leave the marina (to the starting area) for each heat.
- Teams will start from the marina exit individually, at signal of the head marshal only.
- No speeding during the starting procedure. Teams are only allowed to speed after signal head marshal if the track is safe to start.
Waiting area De Banaan:
- After the boat inspection the teams meet up at the trailer ramp.
- Organization gives the sign to leave the ramp (to the starting area) for each heat.
- Teams will start from the ramp area exit individually, at signal of the head marshal only.
- No speeding during the starting procedure. Teams are only allowed to speed after signal head marshal if the track is safe to start.
Waiting area Middelharnis:
- After the boat inspection the teams meet up at the trailer ramp.
- Organization gives the sign to leave the ramp (to the starting area) for each heat.
- Teams will start from the ramp area exit individually, at signal of the head marshal only.
- No speeding during the starting procedure. Teams are only allowed to speed after signal head marshal if the track is safe to start.
Starting sequence:
- The start will be in three fases. 50 boats, each heat. Boats must be ready for departure at the waiting area (KNRM) 15 minutes before the actual start.
- Day one: numbers 1 until 50, heat 1, starting time 07.45 hour.
- Day one: numbers 51 until 100, heat 2, starting time 08.00 hour.
- Day one: numbers 101 until 150, heat 3, starting time 08.15 hour
- Day two: numbers 101 until 150, heat 1, starting time 07.45 hour.
- Day two: numbers 1 until 50, heat 2, starting time 08.00 hour.
- Day two: numbers 51 until 100, heat 3, starting time 08.15 hour
- Day three: numbers 51 until 100, heat 1, starting time 07.45 hour.
- Day three: numbers 101 until 150, heat 2, starting time 08.00 hour.
- Day three: numbers 1 until 50, heat 3, starting time 08.15 hour.
Note:
- During the team check-in, the team must provide the starting location for all three days: either from EuroParcs Marina, Banaan, or Middelharnis.
- Changing the starting location is possible; however, the organization must be informed at least one day in advance. This notification must be submitted no later than 18:00 hour. After this time, the request will no longer be processed, and you will be required to start from the previously submitted location.
- Teams who didn’t inform the organization, won’t get the unique sticker, and can’t start for that day.
- It’s allowed to drive from EuroParcs Marina by boat to De Banaan / Middelharnis.
- Team captains meeting will be at all three starting points at 07.00 hour on a daily base. Teams who will start from De Banaan and Middelharnis gather at the trailer ramp. Teams who will start from the Marina Kil gather at the reception area.
