PREDATORTOUR – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Applicability
  • These General Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations and participation agreements relating to Predatortour events.
  • By submitting a registration, the participant confirms acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimer & Competition Terms, the Competition Rules, and the Privacy Policy.
  1. Registration and Agreement

Registration is completed only after:
a. submission of the registration form; and
b. receipt of the applicable entry fee by Predatortour.

  • Predatortour reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its sole discretion.
  • Participation rights are personal and may not be transferred without prior written approval from Predatortour.
  1. Entry Fees and Payment
  • All entry fees must be paid in full before the payment deadline communicated by Predatortour.
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the registration without further notice.
  • Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, transaction fees, taxes, or similar charges are the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • Participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • All entry fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. No refunds, credits, vouchers, or other compensation shall be provided for cancellation, withdrawal, inability to attend, or any personal circumstance. Any exception, including the issuance of a credit or voucher, may be granted solely at the absolute discretion of Predatortour and only where a replacement entry is secured. Mandatory statutory rights, if any, remain unaffected.
  • No refunds, credits, vouchers, or compensation will be granted in the event of:
  • voluntary withdrawal;
  • illness or injury;
  • travel restrictions or travel disruptions;
  • inability to attend;
  • disqualification;
  • failure to participate;
  • any personal circumstance affecting the participant.
  • Exceptions may only be made where required by mandatory applicable law.
  • Predatortour may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Where a participant or team withdraws and the vacated entry can be filled by a replacement participant or team approved by Predatortour, Predatortour may elect to issue a credit or voucher valid for a future Predatortour event.
  • All invoices issued by Predatortour shall be payable in full within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Predatortour.
  1. Event Changes and Cancellation
  • Predatortour reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, shorten, suspend, or cancel any event if reasonably necessary for operational, safety, legal, environmental, or force majeure reasons.
  • In such cases, Predatortour may, at its sole discretion:
  • transfer registrations to a new event date;
  • provide a partial refund;
  • provide a credit for a future event; or
  • provide no refund where costs have already been incurred.
  • Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
  1. International Participants
  • Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for:
  • travel;
  • accommodation;
  • visas;
  • permits;
  • fishing licences;
  • insurance; and
  • any other documents required for participation.
  • Predatortour accepts no responsibility for denied entry into a country, visa issues, customs restrictions, travel interruptions, or similar circumstances.
  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
  • Participants shall not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes without first contacting Predatortour to seek resolution.
  • Where a payment is reversed after registration has been confirmed, Predatortour reserves the right to suspend participation, invalidate results, cancel registrations, and recover any associated costs.
  1. Governing Law
  • These General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
  • Any dispute arising from or relating to participation, registration, or payment shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  1. Final Provisions
  • If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Predatortour reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.
  • Updated versions become effective upon publication on the official Predatortour website.
